if you raid tso, hexation isn't a waste. at least one of you should have it (preferably mt since they're guaranteed to get a coercer)

Id use my normal spec either group. No need for cannibalize so hexation is a better choice even with the immunity.

I use cannibalize more in the MT group than I did from the OT group. In OT, it's pretty much all debuff and dps. Sink as much into TSO. I didn't use the point to take SW even though I had enough for it. It's a waste and the tank just thinks I got heal aggro because of the HP drop.
