Votes for how many people SOE will simply erase it in T9 to make the new xpac more difficult. What possible new mechanic could they add to counter the fact that everyone will have 100 crit mit in november?

lower lvl gear will be useless anyways when they introduce the "gear progression" system they delayed in tso beta

Ya its pretty obvious they went really out of thier way to control the amount of crit mit given this expac so they can reuse it over and over next expac. I expect something like 150-200% critical modifer on raid mobs next expac. With the effect possibly trickling down more and more into heroic/solo content. Which will then force them to put crit mit on all legendary/crafted gear in t9.

It's not so much a Cap on crit mit, as it is a lack of mobs with a crit modifier higher than 100.

I really hate crit mit. Just a way for them to force us to downgrade our gear to something that happens to have more crit mit. I bet you next expansion we'll see gear with 50 crit mit, and 1 Double attack, 1 melee crit.
