The verbage of the highest amounts is on Septimis' persona from Mistmoore, and ya, they're near impossible to get.

My single targets are averaging around 6-7k, highest is almost 8k, and group ward has maxed at 11k. No way those are possible.

You can look me up on players...not hiding anything. I do switch out pieces for certain things - like no bard in the MT group last night /cry

Also not feeling too bad now - single target ward 6.7K and group ward 11.5K so not far from where I need to be...

It is impossible, but, the crit multiplier on the single ward is 1.45. Just for future reference.
