Not really, and if you read page one you would have seen the benefits from some of the proposed ones. Also try reading EQ2 Wikia (I linked this to the gods section) to learn about the evil and neutral gods and what miracles/blessings/pets they offer. All of the cloaks are useless so don't worry about them.

We already suggested the best possible choices for our class so I am not sure what else you are looking for.

Yeah well i looked at that and some of the Diety spells seemed kinda eh except 1 or 2..

I guess my main question is it mostly about the diety pet than anything else?

Okay...

No, BLESSINGS & MIRACLES hold more weight typically. However the evil healers do not have a nice healing deity such as Rodcet Nife or Tunare since they are aligned with the good side. (Unless you are PVP)

Karana is about as close as you will get to a healer deity with the 10 min +25 heal crit blessing. Tempest is also not too shabby of a miracle from this deity as well as you gain a 30 second immunity to stun, mez, root, stifle and daze effects. Pet boosts: INT/WIS

Innoruuk is not a good choice for defilers as we don't really do divine damage (soul canni only exception). We are primarily poison and disease. Not too shabby for an inquisitor though. The final blessing is okay, and the pet sucks. INT/STR

Bertoxxulous - Grim Aura for a DPS Bessing, or you can switch it up with Diffusion as a miracle to help a little bit while you are DPSing and healing. Miracles are nothing to write home about... Bertox's Curse for a little umph in the DPS department, but that's about it... The pet in an INT pet.

Anashti Sul - DPS only no heals here what so ever, but some rather sick DPS miracles and blessings available. Pet gives STR/INT like Inny.

I am not going to go over Brell as I'm sure you have no plans to kill avatars.

If the role play Iskar thing is your gig, and you really want a lizard, you can get a lizard from Cazic-Thule... INT/WIS pet. Miracles and Blessings are useless on this deity imo though.

Im still new to the game but arent Avatars the end game objective? why wouldnt i want to do that?

you'd only want to go with brell if you DO kill avatars because when you kill the avatar or his pets, you lose faction and are unable to use your blessings and miracles. brell is such a rare spawn that you wouldn't have to worry about the faction.

his blessings and miracles blow though, and every other deity has better ones

I use anashti on my defiler, she's no good for healing boosts but I don't raid tso zones and don't really need a healing boost, the dps miracles on her are helpful on some fights that are power intensive or require dps, i.e. the mob in the room that ceiling falls down in mystmre manor (prob spelled wrong) one of her miracles is basically a 20k hit... I'll take good dps miracles over crap heal miracles any day, the good players can pick up the healing miracles from tunare or nife instead

and unless I'm mistaken wards aren't classified as anything other than heals, not divine dmg by any means
