I usually use it in rotation with the ST and group wards. If it is up I'll toss it when the tank is low and the other wards/heals are recovering. Other than that its useless to save it.

I think I have been holding out on my deathward to much. I have been mostly usuing it for situations that were like emergency but not bad enough for soul ward. Im going to start getting this in more with my normal ward rotation. Good thread thanks!
