I've had it bug on me before as well. But most of the time it still only allows one. I haven't figured out what makes it bug like that.

I get a pile of them after doing the daily shard quest. I assume because you don't have access to your bag while in voidman form the lore check doesn't happen or something.

daily shard quest bug, group up with a few people and you can pile their bags with them. theyre 1 min reuse so not like they are overpowering but a 1k group heal from a non healer can be useful.

Has 6 max targets I believe, I can't remember, since I haven't used the buff in a while.
Sure 1k helps, but I don't think a dps class is going to waste their time casting it tbh.
I sure as hell wouldn't on my warlock!
