Okay, so about 228K dps if 1:33. Still, that is fairly ridiculous for a mob with a damage shield that gimps your attacks to 1-2 damage. And then you have Absatalius that does nothing and is a complete DPS pinata, but the raid only does about 181K if 1:20.

DPS is always good no matter your class. The faster a mob dies, the less you have to heal.

I don't go out of my way to do it most of the time, but there are some fights which I know I can put out some decent numbers.

In general most of my DPS comes from our debuffs, Maelstrom (i put the 5 points in it) and myth clicky whenever it is up. Who doesn't love the extra heals from those anyway.

And always, always if you can, get in there and melee...

How is 600 dps while soloing? Normal, good, bad? I don't have any shard gear yet, only 76 atm, so 4 lvls to go before I get that
