I have toons on both pve and pvp

well I'm a mystic :P ...but I can usually kill most classes (except wardens..........god damn power regen), esp if they're a caster. I just preward (single and grp), mitigation debuff, slow, and go crazy from there

It has been a while since I had shity casting times, and it IS a PITA, BUT like I said, alacrity gear is the key to surviving (at least at higher levels

I do, however see where you're coming from, and I ~guess~ wards could be changed a bit :P (though how would they re-balance them if they decreased casting speed? decrease potency? increase reuse?)

Defiler heal stance does not give us cast time reduction on beneficial, it makes our non-damaging debuffs cast faster.

I can preward single target and group and some classes will tear through them before I can get a single spell off. Our cast times are absolutely ridiculous and something needs to be done about them. Imo, the amount of wards needs to be bumped up for pvp as well.

Now, I'm only 52, but just yesterday I had a green swash chew through both single target ward (master), group ward (grandmaster), and then through both emergency wards, all the while interrupting me. Four wards he devoured while I struggled mightily to get off a single spell.

I guess I'm spoiled with my end-line TSO....It makes up for our defunct mystic abilities...lol but I guess I do remember horrible casting speeds from pre-TSO...and come to think of it, our wards have ONLY 67.6% of the potential a druid's heals do and only 72% of the potential heals of a cleric...(that is from measuring their main, single profession heal, and assuming 100% efficiency...but stilL!)
