I have the stone of Nizara, so I randomly fear heroic mobs. Soloing is the only time I time my debuffs like that. While the mob is running away I use the time to refresh debuffs. During a raid I follow my timers to cast debuffs and hit wards between casts as needed. If the wards are dropping slowly enough, I'll check how much damage it has left to absorb before casting another. I don't like spam.

I do to an extent..... For example.... you had asked before about Razieh's UI, where it showed the description of the buffs, I use profit, and the maintained bar is exactly the same. It shows wards and debuffs as well, with the time remaining.

I'll usually start by casting single ward/group ward.... then I'll start debuffing. As wards drop, I'll refresh them as a priority, then go back to debuffs. When mobs are debuffed, generally they aren't tearing through wards, so there usually is some time where you dont have to ward.... ie.... both group and single ward still up.... can spend time debuffing.... If its a named fight... I'll always make sure to maintain debuffs on named first... then get to adds if i can..... being able to see the maintained spells window makes it easier to see what debuffs are on which mob, and how long is left.... so you arent recasting abasement with 20 sec left or malignancy with 40 sec left... can instead swap to other debuffs (ie recast fulginous since its a short duration....). Its generally not as important on trash... since, against most trash.... wards will stay up almost continuously, and by debuffing in reverse order (ie... debuff the mob the raid isnt fighting) you can usually get most trash debuffed quick.... and it will probably die before you would have to worry about recasting any of them (except maybe fulginous)

I could play with 0 hot bars if i did not use item clickys on the hot bars though you don't see the text I play with all hot keys I just have them up there for refresh timers.

Oh BTW that empty space at the bottom left is a window that size that only displays my damage but fades when not in use.

i dont have any custom UI, just a simple clean version of the original (at work, so screenie from guild site):

Ya I use my own mix of UI pieces I have made or found, catch me in game or pm me with your email and ill give you the pieces.

Hmm I guess I edited my own picture out what the hell

Anyways... that little blank box spot at the bottom left is for a "my damage" window, just happens to fad when not in use.

I also play in wide-screen.

I have 3 groups of chat boxes. On the left i have Regular, guk.raid and our guild dps channel. In the middle i have My damage, pet damage, pet taking damage, my heals and me taking damage. I'm pretty detail oriented so i like to know whats going on.

1st bar is attacks and assist macro
2nd bar is heals and wards
3rd bar is cures and revives and the death prevention
4th bar is debuffs
5th bar is Bolster, my Bolster macro, My HO button, my temporary noxious mitigation buff and ward, my "Inc, spirit cabbage" macro and the deaggro/mez
6th is power regen items potions, and buffs I have to recast after zoning or short periods of times.

I'm a Mystic (sorry =/) and I use Profit Reborn.
