Trio = Swashy + Wizard + (Defiler or Mystic?)

The title sums it up; which do you guys think would be better suited for healing a Swashy and a Wizard for difficult dungeon content. Defiler or Mystic, and why?

Mystic: Stoicism, Spirit Tap, and Sentry.

Power is not an issue assuming Spirit Tap is up, increases DPS of the Swash due to epic proc, and better healing capabilities.

I don't get it? If you don't think they have more in their healing arsenal than us then you need to get a clue
