Icon14 Heal Mod Cap?

Hey there,

I read a few posts and have not really seen any clear information on the Heal Mod Cap. I've heard from different sources that it's 33% or 35% and even 50% (matching CA and Spell Mods).

I have also been told Heal Mod affects Soul Ward, but I've not seen Soul Ward critical let alone be modified by Heal Mod. Does it modify the ability? I have around 1,000 and have never seen it go above roughly 90% of my HP (easy to determine since I've had 10k-12k HP, meaning it should roughly be 1k less than my HP, and with 1,000 Heal Mod this should push it up to roughly equal). Additionally what I've noticed should prove it criticals or not.. but, again, you guys are the experts.. this is just my alt. :-)

soul ward is not affected by anything as far as i know because it purely turns your hp into a ward. it can't crit and it can't be modified like other wards can. the heal mod cap is 50% though on normal wards
