few things i would like to say about your list
-rolling pin sucks doesnt stack with claymore or totem. i wouldnt even consider wearing it since the totem rapes it.should it put it lower on the list or removed lol.
-cord of innoruk's favor is the best belt hands down, it should be number 1 no matter what. i could tell you why if you want me to =)

-should remove the loop of voidless from ear slots, anything with just heal crit on it sucks consindering that this is a heavy heal mod class.
-neck slows need rearranging considering is not an issue, the trinket isnt the best. thats the only thing that makes it good, the sapphire neck has more heal mod but one less crit but 4 cast speed i think its better overall.
Okay you kinda lost me there, are you saying the sapphire should be at the top?

-buckler of the void best remove that junk too, offers nothing but heal crit.
-add claymore reward for secondary slot too, also the star of malice aswell. star of malice is nice on fights where you can auto attack.
I made separate categories for items that ONLY go in secondary and then those that go in either, no sense in listing them in both IMO. Added Star, can't believe I left that out.

-gift of queen, prolly should be bottom of the list on rings. should add totem for rings too, in some weird set up it can go in the ring slot:p
Where would you rank the totem in ring slots? I put it in but was kinda random on the placement.

Update it a tad since the update...

The avatar bp is a pos now, our set bp is better. Until they fix the avatar bp to have base heal, it blows balls

Enraged Haladen in Miragul's drops a leet healer earring, I'd post a pic but on my laptop atm. It's better than most of the earrings listed, except the zarrakon earring. Ward proc, damage increase for whoever it procs on...

The charm of rodcet nife blows balls now too, get it off there, complete waste of that slot. Only reason I wore it was for the 10 base heal from the two good charms combined, but since that's been dropped to 3 base as well, no point.

Anashti's belt is pretty sweet now for a healer as well. Needs to be on the list.

Pilfered Void Band is better than Band of Swirling portals as well.

The nerf isn't that bad also has casting speed on it just 3 more seconds on the power proc.

This is true, but the item is still good enough to be put up for the defiler loot table
