ive had rapacity since t6, but in t7 ive bought 2 of em, one for 8p and one for 30p, resold them for bank, i also boubht my portent for 6p, and bought a second one for 4p to sell

over 200 p for a MASTER --- DAMN!

I've never had more than 25 plat --- boy I feel broke! But then again I dont belong to a guild that dishes out plat either -

I am glad you brought this up, I too have not had over 25 plat at one time. In reading these boards, people are all talking about spending that 30 and 60 and 200 plat. Is Plat more plentiful on PVE servers? or what?

Plat is not hard to get. If your goal is to get plat.

Me, I'm an adventurer and a raider. I'm not a crafter, shopkeeper or farmer. So I get money from the few instances I do for fun and that's about it. Raiding is only money out. Because I pay for repairs and supplies and all I ever get is an item I can't sell.

I know that if I got to SoS with my zerker and solo for 2 hours, I will come out with 2-3p and possibly a master worth another 3-5. There are people who do this. I don't. Because this is a game meant to be fun, not a job. I spend 12 hours a day working and I don't want to get home and do more work.

I had 70p at one point. Mostly because I looted a rare master that sold for 30 and a couple of rare shineys that sold for 10 each. So yeah, i'm willing to pay 60p for portent. I have 25, i will sell my horse and everything I own for another 15 and I will borrow 20 from the guild/friends. This is just me, compared to people who have a 10kp guildbank behind them willing to sponsor their purchases, it is nothing. At least on a PvE server.
