Soul Cannibalize bugged?
In response to a discussion in the coercer forums I tested out how gear affects the defiler power feeds. I noticed that base healing gear does affect the power feed from Maelstrom, but does not affect Soul Cannibalize.
Soul Cannibalize is a hostile spell, but that can't be the sole reason for the gear not affecting it as base healing affects work fine with hostile spell-based power feeds like the coercer spell, Cannibalize Thoughts.
Is this a known issue?
