Groups of servers usually 3 or 4 share some resources on the back end. The US Servers that are up all share those resources.
The ones that are down still are the ones that are tied to some of the EU Servers. The fact that they are still down not related to their connection to the EU servers that I know of and its extremely unfortunate that thats the way it played out.
As soon as we can get the US servers up and everything restored we will be.
