We did update the test server before the patch to the hotfix this morning went out and brought the test server up.
Unfortunately this problem we are experiencing on the servers right now is specific to character data. That's why we have some servers up (Unrest, Blackburrow, Guk, Najena ect) and others are down even though all our servers are running the same patch.

If this did work, is this the only step for each server?

Also, how long approximately did it take to run this on one server, and can it be run simultaneously on clusters (or all servers at once), instead of server 1, then 30mins later, server 2, and so forth.

Right now we are running around on Kithicor. THe script didn't run on servers themselves but on character data.
As for the exp question, our focus right now is on getting everything resolved, any thoughts of that nature will be handled after we know we're happy with the servers up.
