The extra 6 hours was a side effect of us not wanting to roll back the EU Servers wiping out part of their prime time advancement. The US Servers did get a rollback.
I want to stress that no one is offloading the EU/JP Servers to another shift, they are currently being worked on and have been started at the same time we started working on the US servers. Database restoration is a long process with this much character information.
