I was in PoA working on Audience with Aaryonar and accidentally placed Gem IV on the wrong flag - bummer, I had to win that Gem again. Gem IV dropped again several times for other mebers in the group tha twere on the same stage, but I was never poffered the option to loot it again (remember they changed the chest drop contents depending on LORE and quest item needs etc).
I just checked in a change that will cause the Gems for the "Six O'Flock High" Quest to continue dropping as loot until they've been placed correctly.
We'll get it hotfixed out.
