Explanation: In the past, people have hoarded status items and used it to ding up their guild instantly on day one of guild level increase. This is not the intended result for those items, and to prevent that from happening after the guild level increase coming with Rise of Kunark, we are making this change two months in advance of the expansions release to give everyone a chance to get used to the new configuration.
