We did unlock the servers around 8:20 this morning. However there is a small problem with the patcher that is affecting some players.
If you aren't downloading any files, restart the launchpad and log in again. It might take a couple tries but as soon as you start actually patching files down you should be fine.
Our operations people have found the issue and are in the process of applying the fix to the patchers. For now though restarting the launchpad should work for everyone.
I just saw Grimwell walk in the door so I'll ask him to post something more official for everyone.
