If it's asking you for
nimbus roots then something is seriously wrong and you should /bug it ASAP. If as I suspect you just mean hanging roots, well, they're not all that hard to get and you'll soon level past the writ so I'm afraid you'll just have to live with it for the time being.
I recommend Temple Isle in Tenebrous Tangle at the base of the waterfall, or near the entry on Gazer Isle.
