Yes, we are in the midst of a promotion where we have invited many old freinds back to the game because we feel that it's more than worth a second look in it's current state.
Not every person who has ever held an EQ2 subscription was invited back. There was a criteria set for who got the invites, and I don't have that available to share. This promotion is the brainchild of our marketing team and I think they are awesome for pushing to have it!
A few of the people we invited back didn't get the expansions as indicated. That's a glitch on a small range and I expect it to be fixed by the end of the week based on current internal information. Patience on that please.
If you did not receive an email invite or postcard in the mail, and your Station info is correct (we have your current email address, etc.) you may not have been offered this promotion.
Contacting CS to get the promotion is the wrong answer. They are not (to my knowledge) empowered to give it out to anyone who calls.
If you did receive this promotional offer and are trying to get back in, but have some technical difficulties, please get with CS. They do fantastic work helping folks and we want you to get in!
