All the spells are upgraded between 71 and 80. A few spells don't get upgraded like percentage based spells. A few others like coh arent upgraded either but those few should be fairly obvious that they are not getting upgraded. Other than those few expect them all to be upgraded and you will also gain a new spell at 80.
