Thing is, the very technical people at SOE are working on the problem. I'm sure you would find it interesting to know everything about our network and troubles during times like these, but that's not something we share with the public. So you just have to go on trust that the team is working on it right now, testing possible solutions. Once they know that a proven solution is in hand, we can give you an ETA on the fix. Until then Gnobrin and I would just be blowing smoke up your chimney, and we aren't here to do that.
