*nod* they are quite similar, the faction one has a dragon head instead. You'll find they're quite different sizes though; the acrylia version is large enough for halflings to use as a bath!
I've always loved that dragon head fountain and been very sad that nobody but Freeportians can get anything similar, so now there's a choice, without too much overlap I hope.
There should be quite a reasonable selection of pools and fountains with next week's update, which I hope will console the people who may still be sulking that I added bubbles and steam to their meditiation pools.
