Yes, it's the weekend, but this was brought to my attention and I've communicated to the ops teams who may be able to help us sort out what might be happening. If you are only having password problems, you should get with CS direct and explore the possibility that it is just a password issue.
Same for those of ya who are getting messages that your character is already in the world. If it's just an account state issue, you may not need to wait for me to do the rounds and get all the information only to find out that contacting weekend support would have nailed it.
Everyone else, hold steady and I'll see what I can do.
