The essentials books from 70-79 will be sold by the same recipe book vendors in starting cities as sell all the others.
I for one won't miss having to make a macro for the crafting channel along the lines of "/6 Outfitters and Scholars, take the KOS portal from Nek/TS to Barren Sky, Craftsmen take the Feerrott/EL portal and head to Drednever Crash site" or similar
Not to mention the finger strain from hitting it about 57 times an hour ...
