I don't do the drop rates, I just make the books and then ask the appropriate people to make sure the appropriate beasties drop them, so I can't answer this question. Since crafters will be able to earn faction and buy the books that way if the broker prices are too high, I imagine that will keep the prices of the dropped ones in a reasonable range no matter how common or rare they are.
