I have a 44 Mystic/55 Tailor, 23 Templar/70 Provisioner and a 24Mystic/70 Alchemist and was wondering if those who have high level crafters but low level characters were going to be able to do the faction quests.
How will a low level (XP wise) character go about getting these quests?
Ye shall find answers to your questions, or at least strong pointers, in the update notes when they are posted. Short answer though: head to Kunark and go around poking people in the Dreg's Landing and Teren's Grasp areas.
