Please note, the forums is not going to get such an issue resolved, especially not in the general discussion forums. If you're having such a trouble, you really need to take all open steps available to then get that help. The forums doesn't bill you, it's a totally seperate system. If you can't get through via the phone support, there's other avenues you can try to then get that resolved. As stated in the Knowledge base regarding access of the tech support:

1. Through Live Chat at

Support" tab to chat live with a
Technical Support Representative. The Live Chat is open Monday to Friday, from 10:00am - 7:00pm PST (7:00am - 7:00pm PST for SWG customers).
2. Through Email

http://www.station.com/kb. If you cannot find the answer through the knowledge base, click on the "Email
Support" tab to email a
Technical Support Representative.
3. Phone
support is available Monday through Friday from 10:00am - 7:00pm PST, except holidays, at 1-858-537-0898.
For all in game issues please petition in game by typing /petition (for Matrix Online type /ccr).
