Yep, all. There's a server issue ongoing, and the producers have been alerted to the situation in hopes that it can be corrected as soon as possible. I am very sorry for leaving you hanging this long, and as soon as I hear something more concrete about the issue or how it's being corrected, I'll let ya know.
