Shalla helped me confirm yesterday that the writ has actually been corrected, however the TEXT of the writ hasn't been translated yet, which is where the confusion arises.
The writ now actually wants you to make Firestorm Apprentice IV and Conjuror's Brand Apprentice IV. Making these should in fact update the writ.
We've let the translating team know the text on this one should be corrected as soon as possible and I know they're looking into it!
