If you have such an issue, please ensure that you bring it to the attention of the available Customer Support leads at that time. Customer Support and technical staff have no ability to circumvent the system they follow in regards to credit cards, if the system is stating to them that such a payment is not possible.
I am very sorry to hear of the issue, but posting it to the forums will do nothing to assist you in that resolution. Billing matters are not handled through the forums, to protect the security of the account as well as your billing options.
