The recipe names were bugged already and I'm checking in a fix this morning, so they should go live correctly.
The colors -- sorry, no changes possible at this point. Art changes need to be checked in a lot further in advance than code changes and unless it's a matter of live, death, or ogres suddenly running around with no pants on, the artwork is not changed after the cut off date for getting it in (which is, as you can probably guess, before it hits test server, so long past for this GU). There's no need to use the candycanes whose colors you don't like, however! I'm probably only going to use the red and white ones myself, and ignore the ones that don't suit my home and taste. Fortunately there's a number of choices to pick from. And next year who knows!
