Random answers: - each faction camp will sell different recipes, just as each faction camp sells different adventurer stuff. Currently they have some small rewards at the "amiable" level, we hope to add something more in at both "kindly" and "warmly".
- the difficulty on PvP servers is unfortunately not my call, we did raise the question pre-release about the difficulty level on PvP servers (my apprentice Olihin is a PvP player) but the decision we were given is that it would be left it as is. This would be something to raise in the PvP forum, as I really don't have any additional information.
- infusions and reductions do not stack with existing food, they are a short duration boost food/drink that is an alternative, not an addition.
