Not a single person has been banned from these forums simply because they 'blew the whistle' on this. I've looked at the bans and each person did something extra to go over the line, attack others, flame, troll, swear, or break any number of other forum rules (and in most cases they have a clear history of this) to get banned.
Naturally, people who are banned tend to present things differently from their own perspective, but even in threads where people are angry with SOE, the basic tenants of forum behavior apply.
