Thanks for the suggestion. I've heard quite a few people lately ask about the house item limitation.
I know originally house zones were very laggy due to the items that were in it, but those problems should have been resolved quite awhile back. I'm not sure if there is any other reason for the limitation on house items beyond having another reason to upgrade to a larger house, but I'll see if this is something we can review and get raised.
No promises yet, but I'll spearhead the issue and see if we can do something about it.
