A heads up for decorators using this item ... with the next game update it will be acquiring some additional particle effects that were initially left off when the art work was globalized. The item won't be changing in size or general appearance, but the extra effects may somewhat change the general effect of the item. It should be a rather popular item for evil decorators in particular, I suspect. Look for more details when the next game update reaches test server!
