Have a heart here. What percentage of active characters is lvl 80, 10%, 5%? Just because I LIKE to solo & I really can't solo my way out of a wet-paperbag doesn't mean I don't want/NEED nice stuff too. Why punish me & other because we have MMORPG Multiple personnality disorder. I've got the 80th character (& crafting lvls), I just have them spread out over 7 characters.
This is something thousands of people have asked begged for, for YEARS. How can you be so vendictive as to effectively limit this to high lvl/rich players? Thanks, Rothgar. You just told me quite clearly that you are willing to take my money for over 3 yrs, but as a player I just don't matter because I haven't done everything in my power to 'beat the game.'

You have me quite puzzled. These are in no way at all limited to high level players. If you're 68 either adventurer or crafter all you have to do is go and harvest; and if you're not, all you need to do is earn about 2p depending on your server and buy one.
I rolled up a newbie on Unrest last Friday and she's level 6 adventurer, not a crafter at all, and has 8p earned to date. She could have multiple mannequins by now and I've only got 5 hours played on her.
It's just not that hard. If you really have no clue how to earn some coin, try asking for tips in the chat channels on your local server. Really ... there is absolutely nothing limiting any player from obtaining this item.
