Good question!
It's along the lines of "The Blob" versus "Juggernaut", the unmovable against the unstoppable. Doomsday continues to heal and gain defense but the hulk gets stronger and more angry. Would there be a point where Doomsday simply couldn't move anymore due to the growths, or could the Hulk get so angry that he explodes? Is there a limit to the strength of the Hulk?
