There will be an alternate way to progress this section very soon. I am hoping to have this hotfixed ASAP.
So just to be clear there will be an alternate way to get these garbs that will update the quest:
Garb of lost souls
Rainment of the sky watcher
Keepers robe of Quiescence
If you have the robes already they will work as normal.
