Not necessarily.
If a cloak is nice looking they should sell it - as that is their business.
The ones they keep to wear should be the ones they can't sell.
The tailor cloak is supposed to be a work in progress -- still being made. It's supposed to be reminiscent of the chalk markings used when marking up fabric for cutting or sewing. Actually I originally asked for a big needle stuck through it also, which would have made that clear, but unfortunately that wasn't graphically possible.
