It gets even better. So finally decided to turn this quest in to the halfling in Rivervale, and got my earring and rares. Oh - I have mail. Wonder what it could be? Go check the mailbox and low and behold there is my Master Tailor Certificate - blink - "this document certifies that the owner is a certified Master Tailor. Too bad the character is a weaponsmith. Great job all around for weaponsmiths.
