We've just re-opened the Test PvP server for everyone to create characters on.
To preemptively answer a few questions I know that will come up here is some info.
- Character copies from live to Test PvP are not currently turned on, but they will be returning either by the end of this week or early next week.
- Character copies from Live servers will only be to Test PvP, not to Test and not off of Test PvP nor Test.
- Test players should be able to make a copy to Test PvP if they'd like to try out the PvP changes.
- Currently we have no plans to add buff bots to Test PvP.
- All previous characters that were copied to Test PvP have been wiped.
- There may be a whip of all characters in the future of Test PvP but we don't have a planned date for this.
- Characters created on Test PvP count towards your total allowed characters in the Test environment along with any characters you have on Test.
- Test PvP is currently running the same version of EQII as the Test server, but under the PvP Ruleset.
- Everything about Test PvP is subject to change.
