And just out of curiousity, when did they add the level 43 ability Overwhelm and the 29 ability Shatter which also appear to be in the same upgrade tree. Do those work through stifle/stun, or was Overpower the only one. Sounds like this might have been bugged for a long time and I shouldn't have been so quick to jump on your side.
Exactly Overpower is the upgrade to overwhelm which is the upgrade to shatter which upgrades strike which upgrades the level 1 swing. Overpower was the only one that had this ability to cast while stunned which meant it caused confusion with Overwhelm the upgrade. I know it was around for awhile but the cast while stunned was never meant to be there on such a basic ability as you see with Overwhelm and the other lower level skills. So rather than cause further confusion by letting it remain its been fixed.
