Here's the problem, you're in West Freeport, and I don't think there's a newbie tradeskill tutor there. Try any of the instances in the starting villages (Beggar's Court is probably your home if you're human, I think) and there should be a tutorial guy there.
I think I added a tutor to the new Ironforge Exchange but I hadn't touched the Coalition layout so I'm pretty sure there isn't one there.
