This has been brought to the attention of the development staff, and they're going to hotfix this issue very soon. This pertains to Dominus Rile, Dominus Ganak, Dominus Chottal and Dominus Atrebe and the items they drop. Yes, this isn't as they were designed and this'll be corrected really soon.
