hello ? living in fantasy land ? the devs have told players that domino takes rescources away from grouping and raiding content to push through more and more crafted gear. where do you think the DOMINi casual raid mobs came from ? with there MEGA over powered gear drops?
legendary gear is not good enough ? half of my gear is legendary with no fabled to upgrade it to, the crafted GEAR domino upgrades is better than legendary and fabled gear, this is why she needs to stop, she is breaking the game.
As to the initial discussion of MC being better than Legendary in RoK, I must respectfully disagree. MC pieces typically have a higher total number of stats, but are lacking in effects such as crit, DA, and spell/CA damage (among others). The gains from MC are nowhere near those of Fabled gear. The two MC charms currently rank above most fabled charms, but that is due to the fact that we changed the formula for what is allowed on charms and have not yet itemized any zones (aside from Hate) using the new stats. As I mentioned several months ago, you'll be seeing more of these in future zones and revamps.
If there are specific pieces of MC you feel are progression-breaking, I'd be interested to know what they are and to see some comparisons to the Legendary pieces they trump. So far the generalizations in this thread have not given me a clear picture of which items are causing issues. I'm always open to comments and criticisms.
