We shouldn't have put "casual" in the update notes, as apparently there are expectations that come with that word. Although these are flagged as X4 raids, we expected that people would do them with 2 or 3 groups (Even the "casual" folks). They were set to X4 to give groups some wiggle room when it came to engaging the encounter, these fights should be (and by all accounts are), much easier than, say, Pawbuster.
If more needs to be done there are some options that we can look into in terms of increasing the availability of the encounters.
