Sorry all, but due to the amount of items being implemeted ingame, it's imaginable that some WILL pass through the testing process. This is why there's hotfixes to correct them soon after your ingame /bug is found. This is a regularly changing online game that has updates with hundreds, if not thousands of items per update and there will be "stinkers" from time to time that will be corrected when you make it clear ingame that there's an issue.
When there's a questionable item, it's not a direct attack against you, it's a matter of a simple mistake from human beings that REALLY want to make an awesome game.
